The Chicken Parmesan was cooked perfectly. The Breaded and fried Chickenbreast was tender and the coating remained crisp for the duration of the meal. Thechicken breast, sat atop a bed of angel hair pasta with a flavorful marinara saucethat didn’t overpower this dish. A topping of wilted spinach, shaved parmesancheese and bread crumbs made this dish well worth it. It melts in your mouth.
