Make sure you are well prepared.
Present your ideas in a logical fashion, backed up with factsand proof
Be prepared for scepticism.
Answer all of their questions.
Go relatively slow to give them time to think and analyse.
Encourage them to share their ideas since they tend to bequiet and reserved during discussions
Speak slowly, as he processes information more carefullythan most.
