Delete Transaction Deletes the reservation from Voyager Com

Direct Cancellation Choose when guest called hotel to cancel

Search for Status „Confirmed“ to get a list of the reservations previously processed

Click on „Printable Version “ if you need a paper copy

You see a list of confirmed reservations

Click on „Authorize“ to finalize the process

Add Commissions

Choose „NEW“ to manually add commissions

Please add all necessary information:

Guest name

Arrival and departure

Travel agency

Rate

Commission is calculated by the system

Commission percentage taken from Content, overwrite if needed

Search for „Non-TRUST“ commissions to find the ones you added in the system

Authorize like any other commission

Both, TRUST and Non-TRUST reservations can be confirmed and authorized in the same session

Search and Report

Use combinations of „Status“ and „Type“ to allocate commissions

„Authorized“ and „All“ to see the reservation you previously transmitted to TRUST
