INTRODUCTIONWith its user friendly interface, robust hardware and easy navigation, users can quickly diagnose via the extensive software coverage of the Truck and Trailer market. Taking advantage of wireless and touch screen technology, it is the most up-to-date and easy to use tool on the market today. The unit has a configurable workshop management program allowing the user to invoice direct from the tool and create a database for the vehicles serviced, which is ideal for fleet management.

Guided Diagnostics gives the user everything they need to diagnose today’s complex jobs. Diagnostic connector location is featured for ease of connection and communication. Information about the cables and connectors is given so the user knows which cable to use.

DIAGNOSIS

The Sun Truck Diagnostic unit allows you to read the ECU failure memory by providing information about the error codes detected in it and also allows you to clear the error codes.

MEASURE VALUES

Shows you on screen the values of the different sensors connected to the ECU.

ECU DATA

Shows you the technical data of the ECU, serial number, software version, manufacturer’s reference allowing you to replace the correct component.

COMPONENTS ACTUATION

Allows you to carry out functional tests on the various system components. For example, actuate an ABS modulator, activate the suspension solenoid valves in order to raise or lower the vehicles chassis.

CALIBRATION

This function enables you to carry out a calibration of the component. This is sometimes required, for example on electronic suspensions, where it is necessary for a value to be stored so the ECU can function correctly.

PARAMETERS

Some ECUs operate using different configurations. With this option you can copy configurations and parameters to the control unit, so control units can be programmed on first installation.

RESET

Allowing you to reset of the maintenance control units counters. If maintenance is completed but the error light is not cancelled, the warning message referring to maintenance will remain on. This function allows you to reset this counter so the light will stay off.

MANUAL PROCESS

Guides you through a manual diagnosis of the system through display codes, blinking codes.

WIRING DIAGRAM

Detailed diagram of the system are available that contain detailed information on configuration, components, locations and notes which make the diagnosis easier.
