He’ll also speak on the value of starting a healthful lifestyle now through proper nutrition and appropriate exercise for lifelong health and wellness. The “Lunch & Learn,” sponsored by Woodside Coun- try Club, will be held Thurs- day, April 2, noon to 1 p.m. at Woodside. The event is open to members of the Aiken Chamber Young Professionals. The cost is $10 per person. Dr. Parr teaches courses in exercise physiology, nutri- tion, physical activity, obesity, and health at USCA.
