1. Analyze Commerce bank’s Service Delivery System prior to Retailment. How well company’s operational design supports its competitive position? Which decision in particular do you find critical to Bank’s success?
2. What was the motivation for the Retailment program? How well did Retailment meet its goals? How if at all you modify the programme.
3. How would you advise as the competitive response to Commerce bank’s market entry?
