１Prepare the hot water 70 ~75 ℃. ※ If the water temperature is higher than 75℃, It may be risk of over melting plastic.

２Pour the hot water from the spout.※ Caution: Do not touch hot water.

３Hold spout to soak and spread the hot water to entire corset.Keep it on the flat surface for 45 to 55 seconds until plastic gets softened.

Release the hot water from spout.

11 Examine and confirm the corset is fixed firmly fit to the body.

Press it on the falat surface to make the corset flat.

６Cut and disconnect the sprout from the body.

After cutting the sprout, it should look like this photo.

Use included nylon tape, and attachto close the opening section.

9Hold and fit align the center of the Corsete to the line of the spine.Use abdominal Velcro to keep the position for about 5 minutes.※ Initial curing takes about 2 minutes and 30 seconds

Once the curing completes,You can adjust length of the crotch belts and chest belts.

Guidance and advices upon development of the our products.

As a veterinary doctor, “Orthosis therapy” is an important choice during preoperative and postoperative. For those who may be difficult choose surgical operation due to their age and high-risk illness during treatment. For these cases, I recommend conservative treatment (Orthosis therapy). In another example, for several days prior to surgery or postoperative period, support for the affected area may be recommended. Until recentry, veterinarians has been improvising. However orthosis experts can develop and implement functionalities in an excellent package. In this study, AOJ products are introduced for various cases in cooperation with our Inuyama Animal Genaral Medical Center staff and myself. These variety equipments came to realized by our trials. It is also recommended to any veterinarians who may be interested in surgery methods. Let us take advantage of these products of AOJ, in order to make their life more comfortable.

Using AOJ cart is an important choice during rehabilitation and convalescent period for animals with damaged spinal cord to maintain thier quality of life. AOJ cart is lightweight, movable and simple installation with excellent design! Four-wheel type is specially designed to support all stagesof spinal cord disease “degenerative myelopathy”. By progression of the each stage, hindlimb and forelimbs strength will further decreases. Then in response,the center of gravity changes dynamically. By moving the axle in accordance withthe change of gravity center, it makes animals to advance the cart comfortably. Front wheel can be adjusted to further forward in the late stage and walking assistance is possible by the assisting bar.AOJ Cart is the breakthrough in animal wheelchair.
