We’ve reimagined, redesigned and redefined the entire Comfort Inn brand to make

it stronger and more inviting. Now with our Truly YoursTM new prototype, our flagship

midscale brand offers a whole new level of accommodations that will enhance

guest loyalty and contribute to a return on investment.

Our stunning redesign caters to the three key stages of the guest experience.

Our warm exterior and lobby send immediate visual cues that guests can RELAX,

confident they’re in for a wonderful, worry-free stay. Our new guest rooms are

tranquil retreats in which guests can kick back and RESTORE. In the morning,

guests RENEW for the day ahead in our enhanced breakfast area.

When Guests Speak, We Listen

We designed the new Comfort Inn hotel with the idea that our guests and developers are the

true architects. Through extensive consumer testing, we identified the amenities and design

elements that appeal most to them. The result is a warm, inviting hotel design that not only

resonates with our guests, but also appeals to experienced developers seeking a hotel which

is highly cost-effective to build, maintain and operate.

We worked closely with developers during the design process. The result? A flexible and efficient

prototype with a cohesive look and feel throughout. Every aspect was thoughtfully considered in

our goal to blend sophistication and value.

to provide a premium appearance while being

mindful of costs.

Public SpacesHere, perception is truly reality. Votive-like lighting

compliments an elegant signature welcome wall

behind the front desk—presenting a first impression

of gracious greeting and warmth. Open spaces

feature generous natural light, enhancing the

indoor-outdoor connection. Designed with flexibility

in mind, these spaces meet a variety of needs for

business and leisure.

Guest RoomsGreat care has been applied to creating guestrooms

that offer a luxurious experience. Pleasing natural color

palettes and soothing textures provide true relaxation.

The public space is a warm greeting for our guests, but that feeling is only the beginning. Look

closer and you’ll find features that marry form with function, and meet the needs of a modern

hotel operator. The meeting room opens to the breakfast area to create overflow breakfast

seating or meeting space. Location of the sales office helps you do business with your biggest

clients. back-of-house areas were arranged by developers to smooth the flow of daily operators.

Working areas are arranged to minimize guest impact and ample storage space is provided.

As guests enjoy the welcoming look and feel, you’ll enjoy a new level of functional efficiency.
