WIND POWER.Three years old.
We connected wind power to “Autumn Wind”. A song.

WE PUT WINDMILLS IN THE WINDOW AND WE OBSERVED HOW THEY FLEW.
WE DRAW A CONCLUSION
When the door is open windmills fly faster
We flew kites
We talked about thewind´s strength and went
out to fly kites
WIND POWER. Four years old. We tried out our “green car”.

SOLAR POWER. FIVE YEARS OLD
Children tested that the warmth of the sun heats up water inside the box
We conducted some experimentes with water and The Sun.

We discovered that if you wrap thebox with aluminum foil , then waterdoes not heat due to aluminum isan insulating material
WATER POWER. First level in primary studied how to save water. Children had the opportunity to carry out some experiments with water.
They built by using plastic water bottle a system to water plantsDrip irrigation.
Previously children were motivated by a story.
“From consumer homo to responsible homo”.
ACTIVITIES IN PROGRESS
CONNECTED TO “DRIP IRRIGATION”We would like to install a system in our garden to waterplants without wasting water.We want to put a gutter in the roof to collect rain waterand then direct it until a tank.
AFTER THAT children can water by using thecollected rain
We have to re-plant again because of duringthe summer plants died due to hightemperatures and a lack of rain.
Parents´ association is interested in building a bigger garden.A grant was applied for, with the intention of investing in the garden.
Working with the family
We take on a commitment with theenvironment in colaboration with therest of the school and families.We have to write downat home everyresponsible behaviourconnected to theEnvironment. Whenchildren complete thechart then they can exchange it for beingpart of a club “EARTH CARERS CLUB”
Hymn
We did our part and made up some verses for the hymn
The hymn was played by pupils of Primary singing as well as playingthe flute
We had the help of music´s teacher and somevolunteers
Our school has a choir

Recicling all together
we will be able to live
in a solidary world
where life is happier.
Walking trough the wood
I can find
lots of tiny living being
which try to survive.
Our woods are green
let́s preserve their colours
blueness belongs to sky
and a nice smell to flowers.
Reciclando todos juntosllegaremos a vivir en un mundo solidariouna vida más feliz.
Caminando por el bosquehe podido descubrir muchos seres diminutosque intentan sobrevivir.
Nuestros bosques están verdesconservemos su color el azul del bello cieloy de las flores su olor.
