Thursday classes, all breakfasts and Saturday buffet dinner will be held at the hotel. Friday/Saturday classes and
lunches will be held at the church, just 4 blocks from the hotel. Options for Friday dinner reservations at Fager’s
Island (a premier “sunset dining destination”), as well as a painting party back at the hotel are available (sign-up dur-
ing online registration is required). ALL CERTIFICATES WILL BE AWARDED AT THE JOINT SATURDAY
BUFFET DINNER AT THE HOTEL.

Regardless of your current level hours you can take a
core class only (i.e. not electives) for the next level up
provided you advise your regional certification chair of
your intent to take a core class for the next level.
APA Membership
Those eligible for membership in APA include non-
ordained staff of Presbyterian churches or agencies,
including secretaries, clerks of session and other admin-
istrative and/or daycare staff. Dues and certification
fees must be paid before any classes count toward your
certification, and they must be paid annually.
