Each dog jumps over four hurdles spaced 10 feet apart, catches a ball from a spring-loaded box, and returns over the hurdles with the ball. The first team of four dogs to complete the course without errors wins the heat. Flyball is a great team sport that requires a high level of team- work and involves handlers and helpers of all ages.
