Where are we in the development of the model? PT has appointed the Head of

Conference who begins 9/1/2015

Head of Conference is working with the Network Board during the transition.

PT is now discussing in fuller detail the responsibilities of the Conference

PT is identifying in greater detail the qualifications of Conference Members

PT will appoint the Conference after consultation.

Head of Conference is working with the PT to develop the operating budget.

Conference will meet sometime before October 2015

Network Board is transitioning from our former board structure to the new one adopted this past April.

NB appointed a search committee for the Network Program Planning Director and Nat will report on that matter tomorrow.

Ian Humphreys appointed as NPPD.

Once hired, the NPPD will work with the NB and the H of C to develop the office at the JES Center including the budget.

Opening of the office to be determined.
