CombiLine mail sorting
Pull-out shelves are supplied as standard on most of our floor mounted mail sorting units. This helps promote ergonomicworking conditions. Mail shelves with integrated label holders. Steel wall strips are included in all wall-mounted units.

Complete module series for mail sorting. Adapt-able according to need and taste - the height or width of the floor or wall with any number of mail shelves. Mail slots with reach-through capability makes it possible to manage mail from both sides. Mail sorting can be supplemented with more mail shelves for subdivision c/c 64 mm or c/c 32 mm.

Direct Laminated and lacquered surfaces within CombiLine have achip core, with the exception of some shelves. Back, frame, doorsand edging strips have as standard the same color/wood as otherparts unless otherwise stated.
Frame: Thickness 19 mm with 0.8 mm straight ABS edging.• Direct Laminate White (NCS 0502-G50Y), Beech, Birch and Oak.• Lacquer can be supplied in any NCS color.
Back: Thickness 12 mm direct laminate in-and externally.
Plinth: Each unit has its own setback plinth front and rear, doesnot apply to recycling units with loading ramp.With 4 adjustable feet, plinth height 157 mm.Can be replaced with;• Bottom panel with adjustable stainless steel legs, height 157 mm.• Bottom panel with lockable wheels, height 144 mm.
Doors: Thickness 16 mm with 0.8 mm straight ABS edging.• White lacquered UV treated direct laminate (NCS 0500-N)and direct laminate in Beech, Birch and Oak.• Lacquered can be supplied in any NCS color.• Concealed hinge with integrated soft closing(does not regard products with aximat hinges).• Single doors are right-hinged as standard.
Drawer fronts: Thickness 16 mm.• White lacquered UV treated direct laminate (NCS 0500-N)and direct laminate in Beech, Birch and Oak.• Lacquered can be supplied in any NCS color.
Drawers: Drawers with depth 570 mm have dampers, doesnot apply to recycling units with drawer and drawer set.• Expansion capacity of 70%, maximum weight of 30 kg.• Expansion capacity of 100%, maximum weight of 35 kg.Regards Environmental units.• Expansion capacity of 100%, maximum weight of 50 kg.
Shelving: All shelves are adjustable and mounted withmilled-in shelf support. Drill division c/c 32 mm.• 310 to 605 mm have a chip core.• 800 - 900 mm have a pine lamella core.
Recycling unit MDL60/MD60/MD65/MD70: The bottompanel is equipped with an access ramp in stainless steel.• Doors with aximat hinges for 180 degree opening foreasy entry and exit.
