VISION
Newthings Investment, structured as a close corporation, has been in operation for more than ten years’ experience and has been owned and managed by Mr. Smanga Golden Singwane.
Our core business involves tendering for contracts and sub-contracts in both the private and sectors.
We tailor our services and experience to the specific needs of our clients as specified by them. As we are familiar with the environment in which they operate and are backed by the extensive training and vast experience we have acquired over the last eleven years within the industry. Apart from our primary focus, being the clients’ needs, we also endeavour to enhance profitability through proper project and quality management.
Since the company’s inception in 2006, we have carried out our business based on high ethical standards and principles of corporate governance. The company’s corporate governance system is a keystone of its primary objective: creating value for all stakeholders.
We are committed to providing our clients with effective and efficient services to meet their objectives and needs.
To build our reputation on giving our clients quality services and fair pricing to enable us to expand our client base, ensuring repeat business. Our focus is on implementation as the most direct way to fight poverty.

MANAGEMENT
Mr. S.G. Singwane is currently the company’s managing director. He is a seasoned business man who has started various businesses. He has vast knowledge of environmental issues and also has ten years electrical experience. Being involved in the day-to-day running of the business he ensures, through his strong leadership, that the team delivers on the company’s key objectives of understanding and meeting client expectations. He further ensures successful completion of all the company’s projects by pro-actively managing the process and identifying potential challenges early on, affording each client the highest standard of work and best over all experience. Through this approach, he has earned the respect of his colleagues, associates and most importantly, satisfied clients.
