Event Calici di Stelle(Goblets of Stars) the traditional Italian
Wine Tourism Movement event to celebrate Bacchusand toast the
falling stars on the Night of San Lorenzo.

How to get toDonnafugata
Donnafugata lies precisely at kilometer 60 on the road S.S. 624
from Palermo to Sciacca. Note: coming fromPalermo, you will first
see the winery on your left and just ahead on your right you will
take the overpass to get toDonnafugata. Coming from Sciacca, the
winery will be on your right, proceed about 1 km, on your right
take exitC.da Cavallaro, proceed under the road and turn left going
back towards Sciacca. Proceed 1 km, take right andfollow the
overpass to the estate.
From Mazara del Vallo take the highway A29 towards Palermo:
after 20 kilometres exit at Castelvetrano andfollow signs for Menfi
and Sciacca; after 25 kilometres exit at Menfi and follow the signs
first for Sambuca diSicilia and then for the road S.S. 624
Palermo-Sciacca; at the rotary called Misilbesi, take the road S.S.
624in direction towards Palermo and continue for about 12
kilometres until kilometer marker n60.
Donnafugata estate is in Contessa Entellina community, but DO
NOT follow the signs for Contessa
Entellina; stay on road S.S. 624 Palermo-Sciacca ad Donnafugata
lies precisely at kilometer 60.The eveningsfeatures
A visit to one of Sicilys most beautiful and best-tended
vineyards by moonlight.
Guided tour of the vinification cellar and photovoltaic
installation for solar energy, a renewable andnon-polluting power
source.
Video of grape harvesting and wine making at the Donnafugata
estates in Contessa Entellina and onPantelleria (duration: about 5
minutes).
There will be a special selection of Donnafugata wines for
tasting during the evening, including oldvintages, difficult to
find on the market.
The commitment for sustainability:100 corks and uncork in
collaboration with Amorim Cork Italiaand TTS Viaggi; every 100
corks handed in during the night, you will receive a free bottle of
La FugaChardonnay. The collection goes on, at the same conditions,

Othersuggestions Dressing code:it is a countryside party, so we
suggest you an informal dress and above all comfortable
shoes. Having a bite to eat: before arriving at Donnafugata, we

the property you will notfind bars or dining options.
