sure where to begin?

A fresh coat of paint is the most inexpensive way to

"remodel" a room, so whether you have seen the

room of your dreams in a magazine or

on television, it takes just a little effort

and imagination to bring your room

back to life!

Thanks to our high quality coatings,

How much paint?Simply multiply the height x width of each wall you

plan to paint and add them together, then check the

table above to see how much paint you need.

The key to great results is good preparation.

Remove curtains, paintings and mirrors, move furniture

to the center of the room, use dust-sheets to cover the

furniture and the floor to protect against any inadvertent

splatter or spills.

Use the masking tape to tape off the skirting boards,

doors and ceilings to create a boundary to work in.

• Make sure surfaces areclean, dry and smooth, usesanding sponge or sandpaperto smooth out any shinyareas and repair any holes orcracks with Fleetwood Fillerbefore you paint.

STEP 4 : Painting

Use the Fleetwood Short-Grip brush topaint a 2” strip along the perimeter ofthe walls, ceiling and skirting.

Load a roller with paint and slowly rollit back and forth over the ridges in thetray to remove any excess paint.

Apply the roller, paintin a 3’x3’ area, rollonto the surface, coming as close tothe edges as possible, repeat until thewall is completely covered.

Apply the masking tape to protect thewalls and floor, now paint the edgesusing the Short Grip Brush.

Use a good quality Fleetwood brush topaint in two feet areas, re-loadroller/brush every 4-6 inches.
