An Overview of GOLD: The Traditionalist /Stabilizer When Golds enter a new job or situation, they want to know: What are the rules and regulations? What are the policies and procedures? Who is In charge of what? What are we responsible for? When are things due? By what criteria will they be judged? When they find the answers to those questions, they settle in. Gold accepts and works within the constraints. They do their best to keep things stable' and to maintain order and expect others to do the same. They have difficulty understanding those who do not share their way of looking at the world. Thus they often judge harshly those who don't. Golds are detail oriented and excellent at following through. They contribute to stability in the organization, and can be counted upon to maintain its traditions.
