A patented manufacturing process combines the natural properties of wood with the resistance of high-quality resins. The coating is permanently melted to the highly compressed material core and then sealed.

S2 has an unmistakeable fi bre struc-ture of dyed polymer and wood fi bres.

Lasting thermal insulation for exterior walls

Used as a full façade, WERZALIT façade systems offer all the advantages of a back-ventilated curtain façade. The ventila-tion space ensures continuous air circulation. Moisture from construction or arising during use is transported to the outside, protecting the exterior wall against possible functional damage. The façade systems are also easy to adapt to various insulation thicknesses. This allows maximum thermal insulation perfor-mance to be achieved with typical insulation materials.

Endurance testing

WERZALIT materials pass extreme endurance tests during con-tinuous production, such as swell tests and paint fl aking tests. In special climate chambers, the material is subjected to a range of environmental factors and temperature fl uctuations between -30 and +70 °C. Test façades in the WERZALIT testing fi elds have outlasted wind and weather for 30 years. WERZALIT profi les are even tested for earthquake safety.

Fast, economical installation

WERZALIT façade cladding is easy to work. With a high level of prefabrication, well-designed installation systems, large fas-tening spacings and a comprehensive range of accessories, WERZALIT façade profi les can be installed very economically.

Environmentally conscious and sustainable

WERZALIT processes exclusively domestic deciduous and conif-erous wood from sustainable forestry. WERZALIT products pre-dominantly carry the Pan-European Forest Certifi cation (PEFC). The wood used is procured from within a maximum of 100 kilo-metres. The short transport routes result in a positive environ-mental balance.

Stylish and appealing colour concept

The innovative colour concept of structura creates interesting accents in modern architecture. The special material composi-tion produces varied colour nuances depending on how the light strikes it thanks to the blending effect of the wood fi bres and the glistening particles of the dyed polymer. For instance, silver alu takes on a glossy blue-silver look or the appearance of oxidised, velvety grey aluminium. black zinc can look like anthracite-coloured titanium zinc or grey slate. green copper shifts between silvery green tones, and red copper appears in shades of reddish-brown.

In addition to eight natural wood decors, WERZALIT offers a broad spectrum of single colours. Thanks to the mature WERZALIT technology, the colours remain true for many years.
