ColorMyTown.com is brought to you by the good people of

Opportunity Knocks, Inc. - The Cartoon Map people. We are

proud of our community coloring book, as we believe it is

important for children to learn about the towns and cities in

which they live.

You’ve probably heard that old cliché

“The children are our future”

[Please don’t break out in a moon walk]

The truth is … they really are.

Our goals are to:

1) Help educate children on the different

businesses in a community.

2) Show children how each job is important

and how we all work together.

3) Teach children how businesses need to

be profitable to provide jobs, goods, and

services in our towns.

If you are interested in participating in our community

coloring book, please go to www.ColorMyTown.com or call

us at 1-877-386-6277.

A Community Coloring and Activity Book

A note to teachers: We hope to illustrate for your student the

wonderful workings of our community. We hope that each child knows

that ALL jobs and businesses play an important role in our society.

A note to parents: These pages were designed to help your child learn

through participation and activity about the many different businesses out there.

We encourage you to explain how each business contributes to the greater good

of the community.

To the business owner: It is our goal to educate children

about how businesses function and how businesses are vitally

important to our community. Most children do not understand how jobs

are created and how much investment is placed back into the

community.
