99.999% vs. 0.001% - A dialog between two VPs
VP 1: I read an article saying China’s labor cost rises double digit every year, thus making China less competitive very soon in labor intensive industries.
VP 2: It depends. One of my customers is a $19B China based company, whose workers are making $100 a week. Even if salary increases by 25% year over year, how many years would it take to become less competitive?
Question: What does this mean for us here?
