I. Installation

1. The Installation of Color-Analysis System

Step 1: CD into the CD-ROM drive, the interface of installation pops-up automatically, and select its version;

Step 3: Installation; Click “Next” to continue.

New Measurement: Newly create a measurement Open: Open the measuring files saved Save/Save as: Save measurement as a file format Print(P)/ Print Preview(V)/Print settings(R): Print measuring content in a fixed format. Export excel: Export measuring content into excel format

White Correction：White correction for instrument, click on the command, the following dialog pops-up; The standard whiteboard into the measuring position of instruments, then click the "Start"button below to white correction for instrument.

Black Correction：Black correction for instrument, click on the command, the following dialog pops-up; The standard blackboard into the measuring position of instruments, then click the "Start" button below to black correction for instrument.

Tolerance Settings：Click on the command, activate the dialog of tolerance settings, then set up tolerance to provide criteria for qualified color measurement from the dialog below.

Standard/Testing Sample Color Matching：Click on the command, activate the dialog of Inputting manual standard sample, simulation color of standard/testing sample pops-up in the dialog below, contrast and selection of standard sample.

Uploading Data into Computer：the steps of uploading data into computer as below:

Step 1：Click on the command, activate the dialog of uploading data into computer;

Step 2：Input the prefix name of uploading data in the standard sample name, then click start to transmit instrument data into computer;

Downloading standard sample into instrument：click on the command, activate the dialog of downloading standard sample into instrument., such as iWAVE_T001 in the picture“iWAVE_T001”，then click the download button, there are hints for downloading completion, and shows standard sample name in the downloading name, such as the name of downloading sample called T047 in the instrument.

Standard Database：click on the command, activate the dialog of standard database, then search standard sample through LAB or sample name from the standard database interface. There are 2 functions about standard database, one is for measurement of sample, another is to download sample into instrument sample from standard sample database.
