    PAINTING: Painting of the steel beams that support the covered parking areas will begin as listed on the schedule below. The process for prepping, priming and painting these beams will be approximately 3 days. Residents who have automobiles parked in covered parking will be given a location to park their automobiles while this painting project is being performed. -Aug 15 thru Aug 18 – 2000 Covered Parking (alternate parking is in the apartment building parking lot or any open space in the 2000 cluster) -Aug 22 thru Aug 25 – 1000 Covered Parking (alternate parking is in the employee parking lot or any open space in the 1000 cluster). HVAC: There will be an assessment of heating and air conditioning units throughout the Apartment Building. This assessment is being performed by Collington and Kendal Corporation Contractors. Representatives will measure the units for the future upgrade. This project is part of our continuing efforts to ensure that we are providing services that exceed your expectations.
