Questions for your child to askthemselves:

Am I self-disciplined or do I need to be pushed to do my work?

Do I learn best in discussion and interactive classes or in lectures?

How important is it for me work closely with faculty and with myintellectual peers?

How much flexibility do I need or want in my curriculum options?

Do I really know with certaintywhat I want to do with my life? With a major?

Is it important for me to graduate on time?

Questions to ask yourself How far away am I willing to let my child study, particularly, if

it means they will have a great opportunity to learn?

How hands-on will I be in the process?

What are the areas applications, financial aid, etc that I ammost concerned with?

Where can I find help with those areas?

Are my financial documents organized and in order?

Are there any special circumstances I need my childs CTOAdvisor to be aware of?
