We are college students!
We study hard, play hard, and work hard!
BUT…
We all know that…
“Man, if I have no time for sleep, then how do I have time to work
out?!”
Now, it is the time to
Change your environment!
change for better health+
(Plus + Good Grades & Social Life! :P )
Here is a very simple example.
I bet you can generate much better designs! :)
HERE WE GO
For example…- My Goal is “Do 10 Push-ups Every Day” (start small)
(How can I achieve this goal by changing my environment?)
- I designed a checklist and posted it on the wall right above my pillow (make the “reminder” close to where the behavior is gonna happen)
(I am supposed to see it every time I run into my bed, so I will not go to bed immediately, but do my push-ups first!)
Here is the checklist! (make it simple)
I also put a red marker next to my pillow, so I can find it easily when I want to use it. (make every step super easy)
I have been doing it for about a week, and I feel very good about myself.
Doing10 push-ups per day is definitely better than nothing.
I feel like I am able to do more push-ups, so I am going to add more to my checklist next week!
Maybe 13 push-ups? = ]
