Request OFFICIAL transcripts in the Counseling Office by completing a transcript request form

and/or

Sign the clipboard on Mrs. Merley’s desk to release your transcripts electronically.

If applying through Common Application, be sure to sign the clipboard, as your transcript will up uploaded electronically.

*Do NOT send transcripts to UW or EWU upon application.

Request letters of recommendation from teachers/counselor at least FOUR WEEKS in advance of the due date.

Be concise. Tell a story, but be appropriate if using humor. Often times, this is your only opportunity to let

your voice be heard by admissions officers. Share new information about who you are as a

person, not a regurgitation of your resume. Write it, come back to it and have others read it

before you send it. Proofread over and over again before you hit

submit!
