Dave writes about higher education for the New York Times and U.S. News & World Report, and is the author of Acceptance, an inside look at admissions.

He won a Pulitzer Prize as a foreign correspondent.

Dave has spoken at schools, churches, synagogues, and appeared on the Today Show and NPR’s “Morning Edition.”

An honors graduate of Brown University, he was a fellow at Harvard.
