At Porter Davis we think about every step of the way through your build and we fully understand that you need

to have complete confidence in the process. That’s why we include three key stage building inspections, conducted by the

independent BPI Group of Building Consultants.

Lock Up Stage• The frame – straight, plumb and level.

• Other key aspects such as the shower recess frame.

Fixing Stage• All external finishes including brickwork,

weatherboards (if used), roof tiling, doors and windows.

• All internal carpentry including doors, windows, architraves and skirting.

• Plaster finish to walls, ceilings, kitchens and bathrooms.

Practical Completion Stage• Paint finish.

• Floor coverings.

• Tiling to floors and walls.

• Cupboard joinery.

• Doors and windows.

• Rendering.

• Roofing and drainage.

• Paving and landscaping.

• Fencing.

At Lock-up, Fixing and Practical Completion stages, these independent reports can be made available to you should you wish to view them. This service is all part of the Porter Davis difference and you can be assured that your new home will not be handed over to you until the

1. 400 Day Price Freeze. Your price and promotional offer are frozen in place for 400 days from original deposit date.

3. Fixed price site costs for 400 days applies from day of deposit on Porter Davis Collections Range builds in active new housing estates. Offer valid with Porter Davis preferred siting on block sizes up to 350 - 650sqm only. Not included in the fixed price site costs are BAL (Bushfire Attack Levy), Estate Covenants/Guidelines (Subject to Level 1 compaction report), Build Over Council Assets and Acoustic affected sites. ^If block is over 500mm of fall, and/or additional rock removal is required, additional cost may be incurred by the client and Porter Davis will advise of this cost, (Fixed Price),within 2 business days.
