Il peso superiore di questi ultimi unito alla loro maggiore superficie di impatto, permette la massima dispersione della potenza dei colpi salvaguardando quindi la sicurezza dei praticanti.HOW MANY OUNCES? LEONE gloves have a weight range from 6 to 18 Onces (OZ), depending from the weight division and the purpose of use. Unlike other brands, our gloves increase their fitting size depending on the different ounces in order to adapt to bigger hands, for the best comfort. Generally, 6 OZ gloves are used for young practitioners (juniors), 8-10 OZ gloves are used for competitions, for women and during pads sessions with the coach, while 12-18 OZ are used for sparring in the gym. Thanks to the synergy between the expertise of the masters and the LABoxe Design Department, the research and development work aims to create comfortable, safe and performing products. In this new collection the master protections have been selected and innovated, organized into two main categories: the “Power Line” and the “Speed Line”. As the name suggests, the first is composed of products designed for power training. Solid paddings, strong and secure fastenings are the main features of this line, accompanied by golden details that brings to mind the concepts of prestige and performance. The “Speed Line” instead was designed to train the speed of the athlete. Light targets, for quick and precise movements, that are useful to be able to alternate different types of strokes. Recognizable thanks to the silver and red colors. The two lines together complete the gear that a master must have in the gym.

ENG The newest and unique MMA shorts Legionarivs II arose from the cooperation of the prestigious Faculty of Design at Politecnico di Milano, the international champion Alessio Sakara and the Research and Development Department of Leone1947. For the first time in fact, the famous Italian university institute created a workshop entirely dedicated to combat sports, through which young talents had the chance to confront each other through the design of MMA garments. Comfortable and resistant, these shorts stand out especially for their large V-cut side slits, the inner pocket and the references to Alessio Sakara’s tattoos, celebrating the legendary era of the Roman gladiators.
