Using Fusion Voicemail Plus:

You can access Fusion Voicemail Plus™ at any time by clicking on the icon. Once installed, FVM+ will

notify you when a new message is received by playing the PhoneFusion™ new message tone.

Your messages will display as follows:

If you have the ‘Pre-Fetch Message’ option set to ‘ON’, FVM+

will automatically download new messages as they arrive.

Messages are downloaded when the arrow is facing down

Highlight the message you wish to listen to using the touch

screen. The header color of the selected message will change

to a lighter shade for ease in identifying.

Note: if the download is unsuccessful (usually due to

temporary Internet connectivity issues), you can simply click

the message at any time to reattempt the download.

Each voicemail message can be up to 2 minutes in length. And

you have up to 50 MB total storage capacity online, which is

approximately 30 minutes.

Messages are color-coded as follows:

Each message shows the date and time (in your selected time zone) that the message was received , the

length of the message in minutes:seconds, the phone number that left the message, the phone number

the message was left for and the Caller ID name (if available) of the caller.

Caller ID Name

Red Marked for deletion (deleted when you empty trash). Note that if you don’t

empty your trash your mailbox may fill up.

Green New (not listened to)

Orange Old (listened to)

Page 4: Collaborative and Interactive Writing for Increasing Communication

www.phonefusion.com

Note that the Caller ID name is taken from your contacts on your device. If you do not have a specific

caller’s name added to your contacts, FVM+ will attempt to collect the caller’s name from their carrier.

The caller’s name is obtained from public sources and is subject to change.

Contact Pictures

If your contact has a picture assigned to it and the caller ID received matches that contact; we now

display their picture instead of the voicemail icon.

No Caller ID Name

If the caller’s name is not available; we will simply display the caller’s phone number.
