Military Training Flight Commander, one of the most challenging leadership positions in the Air Force for a junior officer.

Led the second largest military training flight with a myriad of responsibilities including management and leadership of 16 enlisted military training leaders and support personnel and over 800 No Prior Service students housed in two separate dormitories.

Spearheaded reconstruction of 75th Air Base Wing READY program; briefed senior leadership on all facets of program and suggested areas of improvement. Increased augmentee participation from a dismal 130 personnel to 264.

Orchestrated 81st Training Group annual awards banquet in less than one month, outstanding committee synergy, 80 nominees honored—best ever.

Professional Administration of 17,000 military and civilian personnel and 30,000 dependents and retirees.

Managed and balanced a budget of $1.5 million.

Recognized expert in planning and executing complex operations with 100% accuracy and success, including the scheduling and movement of thousands of personnel and the timely transfer of millions of dollars worth of equipment to support and maintain operations.

Allocation and reassignment of approximately 160,000 military personnel.

Responsible for materials and resources.

Improved the effective utilization rate from 50% to 90% in less than 8 months, saving more than $1 million in cost with no change in personnel.
