He now acts as a mentor to CSC bids and Transformation programs across CSC and is involved in the preparation of bids and transformation delivery programs Development of CSC’s Repeatable Project delivery approach has surpassed the original requirements and through repeated communications/stakeholder management it has been adopted by CSC globally. The combination of original thinking, strategy preparation, influencing stakeholders, toolset and process development, resource selection and training and delivery to global teams with continuous updates and new releases has resulted in CSC being ahead of their competitors in this area. The RPD approach has been adopted across in CSC to reduce bid costs, eliminate discrepancies between new business bid and Transformation program start-ups. It increases quality in CSC’s large scale program delivery in its outsourcing business. He has increased his capabilities in customer presentation, stakeholder management, influencing people and end to end delivery of services. Selecting and developing of key resources has proved beneficial to both CSC and Colin. Previous Employments Summary Colin enjoyed 15 years’ experience as Group IS Manager/Systems development manager in multi - company groups. He moved from entry-level position as a trainee operator on mainframes to head if IT in 5 years.
