Internship
• Stipend Rs.16000 pm
• Daily allowance: 1000/1200 Rs.(metro/non
metro) per day during internship period
• Communication allowance: Rs. 1500 pm

Compensation-CD Trainee
CD Trainee: (After internship based on performance & Fitment)
• CTC: Rs. 3.61 lacs
• Fixed salary: 2.89 Lacs
• Monthly: Basic/HRA/ Conv/ Exp.Allow
• Retirals: PF, Gratuity & Superannuation
• Target Variable Pay (dependent on performance): 25% of fixed - Approx 72000
• Medical Insurance Cover up to Rs 2 lac for self & family
• Life Insurance: 3 times Fixed Pay with a minimum of 10,00,000 lac life cover
• Personal Accident Insurance

CD Officer (After 6 months training and based on
performance)
• CTC: Rs. 5.03 lacs
• Annual fixed – 4.03 lakhs • Monthly : Basic/HRA/Conv/Exp.Allow
• Retirals: PF, Gratuity & Superannuation
• Annual: LTA & Medical
• Target Variable Pay: 25% of fixed – 100000 approx.
• Medical Insurance Cover upto Rs 2 lac for self & family
• Life Insurance: 3 times Fixed Pay with a minimum of 10,00,000
