In celebration of the true craftsmanship of our Frozen Nomads theme, we have a special collaboration with MARCJANSSEN. The well-known Dutch creators of high quality,

handmade, contemporary rugs have participated in some of the most prestigious rug projects in the world.

Collaborations with international top designer Philippe Starck, the prestigious Plaza Hotel in New York and the Dubai landmark hotel Burj al Arab are among the highlights

of the most recent projects.

For more than 30 years MARCJANSSEN produces their finest rugs in Kathmandu, Nepal. Rugs have been made there for centuries and are renowned for their symbolic

patterns and superb quality. Dutch designers work closely with the local workforce, supporting social projects and ethical trading. This Fair Trade approach creates

sustainable jobs for local communities.

MARCJANSSEN has created two special rugs for this collaboration with Protest and these unique designs have been translated into two exclusive styles.
