Prepainted Galvanized Sheet Technical Specifications
ASSAN PANEL uses prepainted galvanized sheet manufactured by world-class sheet manufacturers according to the standards of ECCA (European Coat Coil Association). Rolls manufactured by galvanizing with hot-dipped method on the lines have high corrosion resistance. Galvanize sheet is hard, making it resistant to impacts and wear. Visual and physical endurance performances are obtained thanks to finishes including polyester, pvdf.

Ensures durability against external environmental factors and provides high flexibility and
temperature balance. It is most commonly used type of dye for different purposes both interior and
exterior.
Polyester
Ensures durability against external environmental factors and chemical oils and high corrosion
resistance. It is highly resilient against chemical and UV beams. This type of coating features the best
color retention and durable gloss. It can be used in prestige building roof and exterior wall coatings.
PVDF
This material features the ability of being perfectly formed. It is resistant against moisture and wear
and can be opted in applications complied with the food charter. Superior performance in cold,
humid environments.
Plastisol
Applied using lamination method. It is suitable to extensive forming and flexibility. Being hygienic
and easy-to-clean, it can be opted in applications complied with the food charter.

Thermal conductivity value (U) is the amount of heat vertically passing through on a 1m2 surface in 1 hour when the temperature difference between two parallel surfaces of a material with given thickness d(m). When establishing internal filling material
thickness in Sandwich Panels, thermal conductivity value is a determinant factor.

What is FireStop?
A new macro molecule called polyisocyanurate (PIR) is
created by ensuring reaction of isocyanate molecules, one
of the main components of the polyurethane foam, with
other isocyanate molecules. This new structure features
higher level of fire resistance than the existing polyurethane
systems. Therefore, the PIR systems has been used widely in
fire insulation systems in Europe and across the globe.
High isocyanate rates and fire retardant additives play
an important role in burning performance of PIR foams.
For instance, in tests carried out with foams at different
thicknesses, critical fire resistance period exceeded 30
minutes.
In PIR structures, three molecules of the polyisocyamurate
chain reaction occurs with the introduction formed by
(trimer).
In general, the first reaction in the PIR formulation is the
MDI’s reaction with water and poliols. Then, free MDI clusters
in the environment react with each other to perform
the trimerization. This polymer structure (PIR) is three
dimensional and a cross-linked polymer formation having
high dissolution energy as it is formed by combination of
strong chemical bonds of cross structures and isocyanurates.
The more the aromatic content in a material, the better its
fire resistance. This principle is well established in organic
chemistry industry.
Temperature required to break the isocyanurate bonds is
over 400 oC which explains why the PIR is the ideal solution
for applications requiring high temperature and high fire
resistance.
Why FireStop?
• Fire Stop sandwich panel is designed to meet the fire regulations.
• Assan Panel Firestop sandwich panel systems help protecting the building integrity in case of fire.
• Has high R value, (thermal flow resistance) and high thermal performance.
• PIR foam used in Firestop sandwich panel systems create a protection shield on the surfaces where it meets the fire.
• Assan Panel FireStop sandwich panel systems prevent spreading of fire in the buildings.
• Fire Stop sandwich panels do not drip in case of fire and increase the fire load.
• Smoke generated by Assan Panel FireStop sandwich panels when they are affected by the fire is less than the smoke
generated by many conventional building materials.
• It has high dimensional stability.

Atmosphere-controlled stores are resistant to different gas concentrations, adjusted temperature
and humidity rates enabling atmospheric conditioning and pressure arising as a result of these
factors. Gas-proof full insulation must be implemented in these stores.
