Overview• Preferred Freezer Services is the 4th largest refrigerated warehouse operation in the US• To date, Campanelli has built 12 facilites for Preferred Freezer, with 2 more under current construction in Hialeah, Fl and Houston, TX.* • State-of-the-art, industry leader in frozen food distribution facilities• Typical Facility: • Lot size: 4 Acres • 150,000 SF • 14 Loading Docks • 56’ Clear height • 10 Million Cubic Feet

Overview
• Typical Facility has 10 Million Cu Ft• The high-tech 140,000 SF freezer facility in Raynham, Massachusetts was built in record cold winter temperatures 10-30 degrees lower than average historical temperatures. • In addition to horrendous conditions, the development schedule was heavily compressed, due to business requirements, to just fi ve months.• Because the frost was four feet deep, ground heaters were used to remove frost in order to bring in fi ll to level off the property. • To maintain the intense schedule, winter concrete operations were performed including site case concrete tilt wall panels
Preferred Freezer Services | Raynham, MA 140,000 SF
Overview
• To date, Campanelli has built 3 facilities for Preferred Freezer in New Jersey; Bayway I and II (Elizabeth), and Newark. • Bayway I and II, Elizabeth, NJ • 352,800 SF total • Newark, NJ • 200,900 SF• State-of-the-industry technology includes: • Fully-automated, 10 Million Cu Ft facility • Most effi cient warehouse technology in the US • Curve-going, rail guided robotic stacker cranes handle pallet loads in complete darkness • Two pallets-per-minute move from loading dock to freezer • 3rd automated operation in the US & 5th worldwide
Preferred Freezer Services | New Jersey - 553,700 SF
Overview
• 536 Dowd Ave, Elizabeth, NJ• Total SF: 175,000 • -10deg freezer, 55 degree cooler for Chocolate, 35-55degree cooler for Cheese • chocolate cooler is a humidity controlled environment • Refrigeration Warehouse for a French logistics company, specializing in international freight forwarding and warehousing of fresh and exported goods• Completed 9 weeks ahead of schedule• 25 OH door locations• Built on a historic fi ll site, previous site contained an antiquated FEDEX facility that was demolished and the CMU block was crushed and used as site aggregate • Geopier ground improvement system utilized on this project. +/-3,000 soil reinforcing elements added, majority grout fi lled• 1.5mW back up generator to power the entire facility in the case of a sustained power loss
Seafrigo | Elizabeth, NJ - 175,000 SF
Overview• Location: Kearney, NJ• 46,300 SF Offi ce, Cold & Dry Storage Facility• A leading international manufacturer and purveyor of gourmet dessert and baked goods headquartered in Milan, Italy• US Corporate Headquarters for Bindi USA• Features offi ce, freezer and storage space• 3.4 acres additional for a possible future expansion of the manufacturing area• Completed in Fall 2011• Coordinated with the architect to value engineer the project which signifi cantly lowered the overall price to better suit the client’s budget• Implemented a state-of-the-art high effi ciency refrigeration system• Project features include: Welded stainless steel railing system, unique European fi nishes, and unique feature wall in lobby with the Bindi logo cast in concrete.
Bindi USA | Kearney, NJ - 46,300 SF
Overview• Campanelli Construction has completed 4 Food Distribution facilities for an international baked goods manufacturer totalling nearly 139,000 SF • Wayne, NJ • 56,425 SF Total • Extensive renovation of an existing building was completed in 2013 • 45 Leona Drive, Middleborough, MA • 20,000 SF Total - 17,600 SF Warehouse with 2,400 SF offi ce space completed in 2012 • 25 route truck OH doors, 4 trailer truck OH doors • 21 Taxiway Drive, Chicopee, MA • 30,976 SF Total - 27,984 SF Warehouse with 2,992 SF offi ce space • Ground Up construction completed in 2012 • Employs automated “put to light” system (bar code scanner and truck route designation) • 33 route truck OH doors, 8 trailer truck OH doors • 10 Latti Farm Road, Millbury, MA • 31,420 SF Total • Extensive renovation of existing facility completed in 2012

Overview
• Location: 24 West Howell St, South Boston, MA• “Box in a Box” Freezer• Assessed conditions and developed design solution to replace failing freezer attached to existing active loading docks and fi sh processing plant• Early in the process suspicious materials were identifi ed as ACM (Asbestos Containing Materials) and remediation was completed with minimal impact to schedule• Project completed December 2013 with no impact to ongoing fi sh processing operations
