Community Outreach (COI) has been providing for the basic needs of the mid-Willamette Valley’s homeless, uninsured, and working poor since 1971. We provide food, shelter, medical care, and a continuum of services that focus on identifying and addressing the root causes of homelessness, poverty, addictions, and abuse. We address basic human needs and help our clients achieve life changing results, become workforce ready, secure permanent housing, and find long term stability. With direct oversight of 14 agency programs, COI served more than 7,000 unduplicated men, women, and children last year.

*Each gift represents one of 14 different programs that help people help themselves. Your gift will support programs like these at COI.
