By bidding in Cordova Telecom Cooperatives’ (CTC) silent auction each bidder

agrees to these auction rules.

1. Items are not available for inspection and the auction catalog is the only source

of information for bidding items.

2. Any large items over 3’ cubic feet or 100 pounds must be moved from the

building by the winning bidder. Removal will be coordinated after the auction.

3. All sales are final. There will be no exchanges or refunds unless otherwise

noted. All items are “as is.” CTC has attempted to describe and catalog items

correctly, but neither warrants nor represents and in no event shall be

responsible for the correctness of descriptions, genuineness, authorship,

provenance or condition of the items. No statement made in this catalog, or

made orally at the auction or elsewhere, shall be deemed such a warranty,

representation, or assumption of liability.

4. Payment for items purchased must be made in full on date of receipt. CTC

accepts cash, MasterCard, Visa, or a check made payable to Cordova Telecom

Cooperative.

5. Following payments, you will be instructed as to the pickup of your item. You

must show your paid receipt for items to be picked up.

6. Any items left unclaimed, without prior arrangements, will remain the property

of CTC.

7. Each person bidding assumes all risks and hazards related to the auction and

items obtained at the auction. Each bidder agrees to hold harmless from any

liability arising indirectly from Cordova Telecom, their elected and appointed

officials, members and employees, the auctioneer(s), the auction company and

its agents and employees, the event organizers, sponsors, and/or volunteers

connected with the auction.
