• Performance up to service network border (end-to-end performance determined by customer network and inter-dc connectivity): up to 1 ms to find a unique document in multi-TB repository; Up to 1.2 ms to find a set of documents; less than 3 ms per document retrieved (700 kb document); less than 2 ms for a 100 kb document
• Emergency response times: P1 incidents (critical business disruption) 85% response within 15 mins
• Support window: Mon-Fri 08:00-17.00 CET. Standby service outside office hours for P1 and P2 incidents. Weekend and evenings on-call support
