All magazines have a consistent colour scheme on their contents page. They also usually have a white background so that the text stands out and the layout in columns.

All magazines have the title of the magazine in big font on the contents page. They also show the sources of where they got their pictures from on either the side of the page or at the bottom in tiny font.
