Our Approach

The following processes will be carried out:

• Maintenance visits will be scheduled and confirmed verbally and

electronically

• Engineers will report to reception upon arrival and sign in

• A full maintenance will be carried out as per tender schedule

• Log book(s) will be completed

• Engineers PDA will be completed and signed for by BAS personnel

• Engineers will return to reception and sign out

• An electronic copy of the engineers report will be emailed to the school

The report will detail all checks carried out and any potential issues
