I am responding to the letter that I have received on your behalf. The letter speaks of our company
bringing the project at 7016 Donald Ave. Tampa, FL 33614-4402 Manahaim Spanish Church INC. into
compliance, in order for inspection to be done. We appreciate the generosity of the granted extension.
The reason for my response is to inform the board that it isn’t as easy as it would seem to get this
accomplished. It takes time in order to do what’s needed in a professional manner. We did not call for
inspection due to a few elements within the process that takes more than the time granted. First we
needed a permit to go ahead with the construction plan. Furthermore in order to obtain the
construction permit we would first need to acquire a side plan. Once the side plan was in place, then we
would present proof to acquire the construction permit. The process is in the works and almost
completed for us to submit the plans to the Building department on the project at hand. Once we
submit our plans to the Building Department and they are approved, then we can obtain the
construction permit. Without this permit there’s nothing we can do. This is a gradual process that takes
time and patience from both sides. We are eager to move forward, but as for most circumstances in
construction including the one at hand it is a waiting game. With that said it would be greatly
appreciated if we could be granted another time extension. Also we are asking for you to please make it
possible for us to have another meeting, in which we can show you the advanced version of our process
and plans.

allow the owner Mr. Henderson to overcome the severe financial loss
created by having to remove the trailer on this property.
As you know Mr. Henderson purchased the property with an active
operating trailer which had a permit, final inspections, and was connected to
water & sewer.
We are requesting an allowance of 9 months to relocate the trailer to
another approved property which he will hope to obtain soon.
