In assigning the classification of “conclusion” to the judgment, W is given to the decision that cancels the previous trial (judgment) decision, Z is given to the decision that the previous trial (judgment) decision is to be maintained (claim rejected), and if rejected, enter X after each “Conclusion” classification of the previous court decision.

For cancellation of inter-parties trial decision by remand decision stipulated in Paragraph 2 of

Article 181 of Amended Patent Act 2003, "V" is added to the conclusion code of decision.
