Incentives for Participation• Everyone Who Gives a Minimum of $10 Annually (40
cents a pay period), Qualifies for a Drawing to Win:
– $250 Target Card and a PTO Day
– $150 Target Card and a PTO Day
– $100 Target Card and a PTO Day
Lunch with Executive Leadership• Everyone Who Gives a Minimum of $260
Annually or $10 Per Pay Period is Invited• Executive Leadership Serves a Catered Lunch
Jeans Days – Another Way to Give
• Jeans Days Are “Sold” for $5 Each• All Proceeds Go to the CODAC SOS
Fund
