INVITATION TO QUOTE
INVITATION TO QUOTE TO SUPPLY LABOUR, TRANSPORT , MATERIAL AND
INCLUSIVE OF PIPING, TRUNKING, BRACKETS, TESTING AND
COMMISSIONING THE SYSTEM FOR THE FOLLOWING:
Replacement of 1 set of condensing unit at #01-09, Coffee and Toast at CPF
Robinson Building.
(QUOTATION REF NO: PYD/2011/021 )
The Central Provident Fund Board invites Suppliers to quote for the above 1 and 2 in
accordance with the Terms and Conditions in Part I and the Specifications in Part II
Suppliers are required to submit the following with the quotation submission via
GeBIZ by the closing date and time:
1) Annex A Form of Quotation
2) Annex B Cost Summary
3) Track records as indicated under Part II - Specifications
To facilitate payment, successful Suppliers without GIRO account with the Board are
reminded to complete and submit Annex C Direct Credit Authorization (DCA)
Form which is to be verified and signed by the successful Suppliers Bank. The
signed DCA Form is to be mailed to Accounts Payable Section, CPF Board, CPF
Building, 79 Robinson Road, #32-00, Singapore 068897. Payment to successful
Suppliers will be made via GIRO in accordance with Clause 16 of the Terms &
Conditions in Part I. Suppliers who already have a GIRO account with the Board may
ignore this reminder and Annex C - DCA Form.

PART I - TERMS & CONDITIONS
DEFINITIONS
1.1. In these Terms and Conditions unless the context otherwise requires:
(a) Board means the Central Provident Fund Board constituted under the
Central Provident Fund Act (Chapter 36) and which expression shall include its
successors-in-title and permitted assignees and where the context so admits shall
include its servants and agents and any officer authorised by the Board to act on its
behalf.
(b) Confidential Information means any information disclosed to or
obtained by either Party in connection with the Contract.
(c) Contract includes the Boards ITQ Message, the Contractors Quote
Message (quotation) or offer (submitted through GeBIZ), these Terms & Conditions
of Contract, the Specifications and samples, Letter of Acceptance, Order Message or
any purchase orders issued by the Board to the Contractor for the supply of the Goods
and/or performance of Services.
(d) Contract Price means the price exclusive of the Singapore Goods and
Services Tax (GST) payable to the Contractor for the full and proper performanceby the Contractor of his part of the Contract as determined under the provisions of the
Contract (see Annex [B] for Cost Summary, if any) and in law;
(e) Contractor means the successful Supplier who has been awarded the
Contract by the Board for the provision of the Goods and/or performance of Services
and includes the Contractors duly appointed representatives, successors and
permitted assignees and where the context so admits shall also include the
Contractors employees, agents and subcontractors.
(f) Goods means all goods, including parts or units thereof, which the
Contractor is required to supply under the Contract.
(g) Invitation to Quote or ITQ means the Invitation to participate in the
quotation which comprises all quotation documents forwarded to the Supplier
inclusive of these Terms & Conditions, Specifications and any other documents and
forms enclosed.
(h) Office Hours means:

(i) between 8.30 am and 1.00 pm on any Saturday which is a Working
Day; and
(ii) between 8.30 am and 6.00 pm on any other Working Day;
(i) Party means either the Board or the Contractor and Parties refer to
the Board and the Contractor.
(j) Services means the work which the Contractor is required to perform
under the Contract.
(k) Specifications means:
(i) the specifications issued by the Board to the Supplier for the
purpose of inviting the Supplier to submit its quotation for the
provision of the Goods and/or Services as set out in Part II of the
ITQ; and
(ii) Other amendments or specifications as may be mutually agreed in
writing between the Parties.
(l) Supplier means a person or his permitted assignees offering to supplythe Goods and / or Services.
(m) Working Day means any day other than a Sunday or public holiday.
SCOPE OF CONTRACT
1.2. The Contractor shall carry out and complete the supply of all items of Goods
and/or perform the Services in accordance with the Contract.
1.3. Unless otherwise stated in the Contract, all Goods to be supplied must meet
the Specifications and shall be new and unused.

DELIVERY
1.4. The Contractor shall deliver the Goods and perform the Services by the date
and at the place(s) and in the manner specified in the Contract. The Contractorshall obtain a receipt therefore from the Board. The issue of such receipt shall
in no way relieve the Contractor from his responsibility for replacing defective
or damaged Goods or for rectifying deficient Services underClause 4 below.
1.5. The Contractor shall at his own cost and when notified in writing by the
Board, remove and replace the Goods that are found on delivery to be
damaged, defective or in any way inferior to approved samples, or not in
accordance with the Contract, failing which the Board shall have the right to
purchase replacements elsewhere or to make good any damage in any manner
it deems necessary and all costs thereby incurred shall be recoverable from the
Contractor by deduction from any money due or becomes due to the
Contractor under the Contract.
WARRANTY
1.6. The Warranty Period shall commence on the date of receipt of the Goods and
on the date of acceptance of the Services in Singapore. The length of the
Warranty Period shall be twelve (12) months or such period as agreed in
writing.
1.7. Where during the Warranty Period, any Good(s) is found either:
(a) to be defective in design, materials or workmanship; or
(b) not to be in accordance with the Contract or any specifications
incorporated in the Contract by written agreement; or
(c) to fail to function properly or fail to meet any of the performance
guarantees or specifications published by the Contractor as applicable
to the Good(s) after having been installed, operated, stored and
maintained in accordance with the written instructions of the
Contractor;
then unless it is shown that the foregoing is caused solely by improper
use or mishandling by the Board, the Contractor shall, at its own expense
(including transportation costs), at the written notification of the Board,
replace, rectify or completely repair the damaged or defective Good(s), failing
which the Board shall have the right to purchase replacements elsewhere or to
make good any damage in any manner it deems necessary and all costs

thereby incurred shall be recoverable from the Contractor by deduction from
any money due or becomes due to the Contractor under the Contract.
1.8. If any Service performed is found during the Warranty Period to be deficient,the Contractor shall at the written notification of the Board, rectify the same,
at the sole expense of the Contractor within thirty (30) days of receipt of the
Boards written notification or within such time as mutually agreed in
writing between the parties.
SUBMISSION OF QUOTATION
1.9. The Supplier shall satisfy himself on the contents of all the quotation
documents (including those incorporated by reference). He shall also check
that the documents issued in this ITQ are complete and that no pages are
missing or duplicated.
1.10. The Suppliers quoted sum shall include all incidental and contingent costs
and expenses and no adjustment shall be made to the quotation sum for any
error without the Boards written approval.
1.11. Suppliers are required to submit their quotations electronically using
Government Electronic Business (GeBIZ) before the closing date and time.
No late submission of quotations will be entertained. Submissions by fax orany other means shall not be accepted.
COMPLIANCE WITH INSTRUCTIONS
1.12. Quotations will be accepted only if submitted according to the instructions
contained and in the form(s) prescribed in the ITQ. The Board will evaluate
the quotations fairly and in accordance with the said instructions.
VALIDITY PERIOD
1.13. Quotations submitted shall remain valid for acceptance by the Board for a
period of forty-five (45) days from the closing date of the ITQ. The closing
date of the ITQ shall not be included in the computation of the forty-five (45)
days.

ACCEPTANCE OF QUOTATIONS
1.14. The Board shall be under no obligation to accept the lowest or any quotation.
The Board will normally not enter into correspondence with any Supplierregarding the reasons for non-acceptance of a quotation.
AWARD OF QUOTATION
1.15. The Board reserves the right, unless the Supplier expressly stipulates to the
contrary in his quotation, of accepting such portion of each quotation as the
Board may decide.
1.16. The Board also reserves the right to award the Contract in whole or in part to
one or more Supplier.
1.17. The successful Supplier will be notified of the acceptance of his quotation
within the validity period via GeBIZ.
CONFIDENTIALITY
1.18. Each Party:
(a) shall treat all Confidential Information belonging to the other Party as
confidential and safeguard it accordingly; and
(b) shall not disclose any Confidential Information belonging to the other
Party to any other person without the prior written consent of the other
Party, except to such persons and to such extent as may be necessary
for the performance of this Contract or except where disclosure is
otherwise expressly permitted by the provisions of this Contract.
1.19. The Contractor shall take all necessary precautions to ensure that all
Confidential Information obtained from the Board under or in connection with
this Contract:
(a) is given only to such of the Contractors staff and professional advisors or
consultants engaged to advise it in connection with this Contract as is
strictly necessary for the performance of this Contract and only to the
extent necessary for the performance of this Contract;

(b) Is treated as confidential and not disclosed (without the Boards approval)
or used by any of the Contractors staff or such professional advisors
or consultants otherwise than for the purposes of this Contract.
DELAY IN SUPPLY AND DELIVERY AND/OR PERFORMANCE
1.20. If there is delay in the delivery of any item of the Goods and/or performance
of the Services named in the Contract due to any of the following
circumstances, namely, acts of God, force majeure, riots and civil
commotions, strikes, lock-outs or other causes or perils beyond the
Contractors control then in any such case the Contractor shall for the duration
of any such circumstance aforesaid, be relieved of his obligation to deliver any
such Goods and/or perform such Services thereby affected but the provisions
of the Contract shall remain in full force in regard to any Goods and/or
Services not affected by such circumstances aforesaid.
1.21. In the event of failure by the Contractor to deliver any item of Goods or
complete the performance of Services by the date specified in the Contract
other than due to the circumstances provided for in Clause 11.1 above, the
Board shall have the right to cancel all or any such items of Goods and/or
Services from the Contract without compensation and obtain them from othersources and all increased costs thereby incurred shall be deducted from any
moneys due or to become due to the Contractor or shall be recoverable as
damages;
1.22. Provided that the recovery of such increased costs aforesaid shall be limited to
the quantity of such Goods as is purchased or obtained, not exceeding the
quantity stated in the Contract and/or Services as is stated in the Contract or is
purchased or obtained from other sources after the Contractors failure as
aforesaid but within three months of the expiry of the period of the Contract.
SUSPENSION OR TERMINATION
1.23. The Board shall, after giving seven (7) days prior written notice to the
Contractor have the right to suspend or terminate the Contract if the Board is
affected by any state of war, Act of God or other circumstances seriously
disrupting public safety, peace or good order of the Republic of Singapore.
Neither party shall be liable to the other by reason of such suspension or

termination save that the Board shall pay the Contractor the price of the Goods
delivered and accepted by the Board and/or Services performed and accepted
by the Board as at the date of written notice of termination or suspension. The
Board shall have title to such Goods delivered and accepted. The Contractorshall refund the balance of any payments or deposits made after deducting any
outstanding sums owing by the Board to the Contractor by reason of this
Clause.
RIGHTS OF THE BOARD IN THE EVENT OF DEFAULT BY THE
CONTRACTOR
1.24. Without prejudice to any other rights or remedies available to the Board under
the Contract, if the Contractor defaults in his performance of this Contract
and/or fails to meet the service standards as set out in the Specifications, the
Board may issue a notice of default to the Contractor informing the Contractor
of its default. The Contractor shall, within thirty (30) days of the date of the
notice of default, remedy the default. If the Contractor fails to do so, the
Contractor shall be taken to have repudiated the Contract and the Board shall
have the right to terminate the Contract or cancel any part thereof by way of a
notice of termination without the Board being liable therefor in damages or
compensation. The said termination shall take effect from the date of the
notice of termination.
1.25. In the event of termination underClause 13.1 above, the Board shall have the
right to purchase from other sources all the Goods which remain undelivered
or similar Goods and/or Services which remain unperformed at the time of
termination or similar Services, and all increased costs reasonably incurred by
the Board shall be recoverable from the Contractor.
VARIATION OF CONTRACT
1.26. No variation or amendment whether oral or otherwise in the terms of this
Contract shall apply thereto unless such variation or amendment shall have
first been expressly accepted in writing by the Contractor and the authorized
contract signatory of the Board.

1.27. The Contractor shall not sub-contract or assign the Contract without the prior
written consent of the Board.
PAYMENT
1.28. All invoices shall be submitted electronically via Vendors@Gov at
http://www.vendors.gov.sg, select CPF 15 (Sub-BU Description) and send the
original delivery order (if any) to 79 Robinson Road, CPF Building 37th
Storey, Property Department, Singapore 068897.
1.29. The Board will make payment within thirty (30) days from the date of e-
invoice subject to the Boards satisfactory receipt or commissioning of the
Goods (whichever is later) or completion of the Services to the Boards
satisfaction as referred to underClause 3.1, provided that no payment shall be
considered as evidence of quality of any Goods and Services to which such
payments relate nor shall it relieve the Contractor from his responsibilities
underClause 4.
1.30. Where delivery is by consignments, payment shall be made within thirty (30)
days after the delivery of each consignment and the receipts of the documents
referred to in Clause 3.1.
THE GOODS AND SERVICES TAX (GST)
1.31. The Supplier shall not include in the rates and prices proposed in his
quotation, the Singapore Goods and Services Tax (GST) chargeable for the
supply of Goods and/or Services required in the ITQ. All rates and prices
quoted shall be exclusive of the said GST chargeable on the supply of the said
Goods and Services.
1.32. If the Contractor is a taxable person under the GST Act, the Board will pay the
Contractor, in addition to the rates and prices proposed, the GST chargeable
on the supply of Goods and/or Services provided pursuant to this Contract.

1.33. The Supplier shall declare his GST status in his quotation. He shall clearly
indicate whether he is, or whether he will be a taxable person under the GST
Act. He shall, if available, furnish the GST registration number to the Board.
1.34. A Supplier who declares himself to be a non-taxable person under the GST
Act but who becomes a taxable person after the award of the quotation shall
forthwith inform the Board of his change in GST status. He shall be entitled to
claim from the Board any GST charged on the supply of Goods and/or
Services made by him after his change in GST status.
APPLICABLE LAW
1.35. All quotations submitted pursuant to this ITQ, the Contract and all its
subsequent variations shall be subject to, governed by and interpreted in
accordance with the Laws of the Republic of Singapore for every purpose.
1.36. For the avoidance of doubt, until the Board issues a Letter of Acceptance, an
Order message, or Purchase Order, this document (i) is not a contract and shall
in no way be construed as creating any legally binding obligation to purchase
any Goods and/or Service from any Supplier; and (ii) shall not be construed as
providing or implying that a contract will be entered into with any supplier
RIGHTS OF THIRD PARTIES
1.37. A person who is not a party to this Contract shall have no right under the
Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act to enforce any of its terms.
GIFTS, INDUCEMENTS AND REWARDS
1.38. The Board may terminate the Contract and recover from the Contractor theamount of any loss resulting from such termination, if the Contractor shall
have offered or given or agreed to give to any person any gift or consideration
of any kind as an inducement or reward for doing or forbearing to do or for
having done or forborne to do any action in relation to the obtaining or
execution of the Contract with the Board or for showing or forbearing to show
favour to any person in relation to any Contract with the Board, or if the like
acts shall have been done by any person employed by the Contractor or acting
on his behalf (whether with or without the knowledge of the Contractor) or if
in relation to any Contract with the Board the Contractor or any person

employed by him or acting on his behalf shall have committed any offence
under Chapter IX of thePenal Code or Prevention of Corruption Actor shall
have abetted or attempted to commit such an offence or shall have given any
fee or reward the receipt of which is an offence under Chapter IX of the PenalCode or the Prevention of Corruption Act.

PART II SPECIFICATIONS
1. The contractor shall in his quote include and provide, not limited to, labour ,
transport, materials, parts, and all necessary accessories for the supply, install,
dismantling and to test and commissioning for the following quoted items:
Replacement of 1 set of condensing unit at #01-09, Coffee and Toast at CPF
Robinson Building.
There is no site showround for this replacement however those who are keen to view,
please contact our Managing Agent, Mr Rajesh Kumar, Building Manager, at his
handphone number 8123-8531.
Successful contractor is required to ensure that the newly installed units are in
operational status prior to the next working day.
The Contractor shall be deemed to have understood the complexity and scope of works as
specified and have visited, inspected and examined the site and have satisfied himself as to
the local conditions, the accessibility, the full extent and character of the work, and the
execution of the contract generally, as no claim on grounds of lack of knowledge in this
respect shall be entertained.
1.1 SITE CONDITIONS
The Contractor shall be deemed to have visited and examined the site, and
have thoroughly acquainted himself by his own independent observation the
extent and practicality of the works, means of access, storage for materials and
all other matter which can in anyway influence his quotation,
1.2 INSTRUCTION TO CONTRACTOR
It is a requirement that the Contractor must comply with all specifications,
requirements and Terms and Conditions. The Contractor must quote all items
listed in the Invitation to Quote (ITQ) as required. Failure to do so shall render
the Contractor failure in compliance with the specifications and requirements.
The Board shall be under no obligation to accept the lowest or any quotation.
1.3 LIABILITY AND INDEMNITIES
CPF Board shall not be liable for any loss, damage, cost or expenses
whatsoever, including loss of profits, business or anticipated savings, or any
other indirect or consequential loss, suffered or incurred by the Contractor or
any of its agents, servants, employees or sub-contractors which may arise

(whether in Contract, tort, under statute or otherwise) by reason of or in
connection with the Contract.
SUPERVISION
The whole of the Works is to be executed by competent and skilled tradesmenwith the necessary trade qualification.
The Contractor shall provide a competent supervisor of the company/firm with
at least 5 years experience, duly authorized to act or receive instruction,
collect or co-ordinate Service Order, Purchase Order and instruction given by
CPF Board.
The Works shall be under the general supervision of CPF Board or its agent
and no part of Works shall be altered without written consent of CPF Board.
Notwithstanding the general supervision of CPF Board or its agent, the
Contractor shall be liable for any defective work performed.
The Works shall be carried out and completed to the satisfaction of CPF Board
or its agent. The Contractor shall comply with all instructions, which may be
given by CPF Board or its agent for the proper execution of the Works.
The Contractor shall take full responsibility for the adequacy, stability and
safety of all Sites undertaken and methods of operations.
Whilst within CPF Boards premises, the Contractor and his servants or agentsshall strictly observe all security and safety measures as are currently in force
and at all times to ensure disciplined behavior.
1.5SAFETY MEASURES
In the execution of the Works under the Contract, the Contractor is required to
comply with the provisions of the Factories Act (CAP 104) of the Republic of
Singapore, the Code of Practice for Occupational Safety & Health as laid
down by the Competent Authority and any subsequent amendment thereof and
shall also, by enforcement on his part, ensure that his servants and agents
similarly comply with the provisions of the said Factories Act and the Code ofPractice for Occupational Safety & Health. Any cost incurred by the
Contractor in complying with the provisions of this clause shall be fully borne
by the Contractor.
The Contractor shall maintain the Work Site environment in a safe condition.
If in the opinion of CPF Board or its agent or that of a Competent Authority
that the Contractor has failed to achieve such requirements resulting in
possible damage to the workers/public, then the Competent Authority shall be
empowered to carry our any necessary work to remove the source of that
danger or mitigate its effects on behalf of CPF Board and all cost incurred
shall be ducted from any monies due or to become due to the Contractor underthis Contract.

Smoking is strictly prohibited within the work sites in CPF Boards premises.
1.6 RESTRICTION OF HOURS OF WORKS
All works shall be carried out during office hours, and on Saturday or Sunday
only. All noisy works shall be done after office hours from 1830 hours
onwards or as and when directed by CPF Board.
1.7 COMPLETION OF WORKS
All works including testing and commissioning must be completed and
handed over to CPF Board within 1 month from issuance of Purchase Order.
The awarded contractor shall in his quotation make allowance for the works
to be carried out during office and after office hours. No additional claim of
overtime will be allowed.
1.8 OTHERS
Any replacement of parts are payable by the Board. Contractor shall not
replace any parts without priorapproval from the Board, in the form of Work
Order or Purchase Order.
The contractor shall provide everything necessary to protect existing works
while the servicing and testing are in progress and is to make good or pay for
re-instatement of all damages caused thereto to the entire satisfaction of the
Board. All debris shall be removed and cleared immediately from the site from
time to time as it accumulates.
2. TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS
2.1 CONTRACT REQUIREMENTS
All works performed under this contract shall comply with the rules and
regulations of CPF Board. The Contractor shallprovideexplicitresponsesof
compliance or non- compliance with any other technical requirements
enclosed in the ContractSpecifications. Intheeventofany non- compliancewith the technical requirements, the Contractor shall satisfy the CPF Board
(byprovidingacertification from the manufacturerof the item offered ora
copyof the relevantextract fromany reputablepublicationcitingclearly its
title and edition) that the form, fit and function of the items offered are
equivalent to the goods or services require. Where the Contractor fails to
satisfy the CPF Board in the manner above, the quotation is liable tobe
rejected.

Boards representative. All works shall be completed within the stipulated
timeframe.
Contractor shall liaise with the Boards representative where so required forcarrying out his works.
Contractor staff name and particulars shall be given to the Boards
representative at the commencement of the Contract and any changes therefore
shall be informed accordingly.
Sufficient protection must be done to lifts, walkways, corridors etc and to
existing installations within the immediate area of the works.
2.2 SCOPE OF WORK
The Contractor shall in his quote include and provide, not limited to, labour, transport,
materials, parts and all necessary accessories for the Air-Con Condensing unit at #01-
09 (Coffee & Toast). Followed by supply, install/replace, test and commission of the
condensing unit as mentioned above at the said location of CPF Robinson Building.
The sum quoted by contractors shall include the followings but not limited to:
a) Inspect site condition before starting work.
b) Supervisor must assess and brief Safety issue (Risk Assessment) to thepersonnel replacing the condensing unit.
c) Replacement of condensing unit must be done by skilled worker.
d) Cordon off working area, put up necessary sign etc if necessary.
e) Pump down the refrigeration gas out of the system.
f) Switch off power supply at the isolator.
g) Dismantle the necessary wiring.
h) Dismantle the refrigerant pipe using brazing set.
i) Replacement and disposal of faulty condenser unit.
j) Replacement of liquid filter dryer.
k) Pressure Test.
l) Purging to -30 PSI
m) Connect back the refrigerant pipe using the brazing set and visual lead check.

n) Connect back all wiring accordingly.
o) Vacuum the system and top up refrigerant gas.
p) Turn on power supply at the isolator.
q) Test and commission the condenser
- check voltage, check running current.

s) Carry out all other works where and when deemed necessary for the successful
execution and completion of the contract.
t) The contractor shall thoroughly test the system and ensures its reliability and
operational readiness prior to handing over to the owner. The testing and
commissioning of all related works shall be witnessed by the Boards
Representative and all reports certified by Qualified Persons.
u) All works performed shall comply in full with the relevant regulations that
govern the installation, safety and certification of the system:
Singapore Standard Code of Practice CP5 : 1998 Electrical Installations
Singapore Standard Code of Practice CP48 : 2005 Water Services
Singapore Standard Code of Practice CP13 : 1999 Mechanical Ventilation
and Air-Conditioning in Buildings
Regulations and by-laws of relevant Authorities that have jurisdication over
these works
v) The Contractor shall price for the provision of 12 months workmanship
warranty and 5 years warranty for condensing . The detail of the scope of
servicing and maintenance work during the warranty period shall be provided
with the quotation submission
w) Within the defects liability period, the contractor shall provide 1 hour respond
time to all faults at no additional cost. Any fault shall be rectified within 2
hours from the time the complaint is lodged by the Board. The Contractor
shall not be entitled to any claim for such rectification works. The detail of the

scope of servicing and maintenance work during the warranty period shall be
provided with the quotation submission.
x) Open-flame welding, torch cutting or at such a high temperature that would
cause combustion to the premises shall be termed shall be termed as hotworkand shall be prohibited unless approved by the Boards Representative.
Sufficient fire safety precautious shall be provided at the immediate work area
with the endorsement of the Boards Representative and these precautions
shall in no way inhibit, affect or reduce the efficiency of existing fire
fighting/protection system and means of escape.
The Operator shall be trained and qualified to operate the apparatus including
the usage and temporary storage of the cylinder during the duration of the
works. The Contractor shall submit proof of training and/or qualification to
the satisfaction of the CPF Board.
The Contractor shall provide fire extinguishers within 10 metres from the
work area where the apparatus is used and shall cost in all safety barricades,
notices in the quotation sum.
3. General Information
a) All parking charges to be borne by the contractor/supplier.
b) In no case will any expense incurred by the contractor/supplier in the
preparation of his quotation to be borne by the Board.
c) Unless otherwise stated the working hours shall be done after office hours
from 6.00pm to 10.00pm from Monday to Friday and from 1.00pm to 5.00pm
for Saturday, Sunday (full day) and as when directed by CPF Board.
d) No hacking, drilling or other noisy works is allowed to be carried out between
office hours from Mondays to Saturdays.
e) All works must be completed within of 3 working days upon issuance of
purchase order. The awarded contractor shall in his quotation make allowance
for the works to be carried out during office hours. The Contractor is to liaise
with Tenant on the suitable working hours and to ensure no disruption of the
operation. No additional claim of overtime will be allowed if the job is to
carry out after office.
f) The Contractor shall provide everything necessary to protect existing fixtures
while installation works are in progress and shall make good or pay for re-

instatement of all damages caused thereto to the entire satisfaction of the
Board.
