SEASONAL BOWL FOOD
Our sumptuous menus are crafted by Executive
Chef Jon Simister; with a special emphasis on using
local suppliers and seasonal produce to create
delectable dishes bursting with flavour.
Our talented team of chefs will provide a selection
of seasonal bowl food for your guests to enjoy as
they network, from £20.00 per person.
From hot and sour prawns to low and slow pork
belly, our menus will ensure to appeal to all of
your guests.
CATERING UPGRADES
All prices exclude VAT.
BEVERAGES
For that extra-special occasion, why not replace
your prosecco on arrival with champagne, from
£10.00+Vat per person.
We can provide a rolling account bar for the evening
to serve beer wine and soft drinks. We recommend
starting with £5.00 per person and then going from
there.
Impress your guests with a crisp English white from
Gloucestershire or a smooth red from the Rhone
Valley. Speak to your coordinator today to see our
upgraded wine menus.
PA SYSTEM
We have two audio-visual packages available for hire with
basic or advanced options, please do let your coordinator
know of your requirements and they will recommend a
package for you. From £150.00+Vat for the basic AV
package and £400.00+Vat for the advanced package.
STAGING
If your event requires a stage to elevate your presenters,
we can provide this in house for a hire cost of
£250.00+Vat.
LIGHTING PACKAGE
We have 12 x LED uplighters for the pillars in the Nave
available in a range of colours to add some additional
atmosphere, starting from £150.00+Vat.
ADVANCED AV
If your event has more advanced requirements than the
AV mentioned above, please do let your coordinator know
and we will see if we can host this in house. Alternatively
we can put you in touch with some recommended
suppliers who are familiar with the building.
AUDIO VISUAL
All prices exclude VAT.
RESTRICTIONS
Our beautiful venue is over 300 years old and Grade I
listed, for this reason we are unable to accommodate any
of the following: fixings/tape to the building surface; free
standing candelabra except on tables; open flames; dry
ice/smoke machines; amplified live bands or drums.
SECURITY
Security is required for any events serving alcohol. The
charge is £150.00 per security personnel; 1 per 50
guests.
VENUE INFORMATION

CLOAKROOM
We can arrange for a full cloakroom to be available for
your event. This is a cost of
£35 per hour.

SUPPLIERS AND DELIVERIES

Christ church Spitalfields was built by Sir Nicholas
Hawksmoor and opened in 1729.
By the middle of the 20th century the building was
unkempt and at risk of demolition when the congregation
and local community groups came together to fundraise
for its renovation.
Now beautifully restored as a landmark of East London,
thanks to donations from a number of generous
benefactors and trusts it continues to be home to an
active church congregation and has opened its doors as a
public building to the thousands who visit it each year.
The Crypt Hall’s unique uses over the years:
• A bomb shelter to the local residents during Second World
War.
• Homeless shelter in the 80-90s; founding the ‘Spitalfields
Crypt Trust’ charity which is still running in a purpose built
building in Shoreditch.
• Excavated in 1984, nearly 1,000 human remains were
discovered, which were taken to the Natural History
Museum.

TESTIMONIALS
BOOKING
Dates can be held for up to 14 days. Once a booking is
confirmed; we require 50% of the total booking cost as a
deposit alongside the signed booking forms and the full
invoice at least one month prior to the event.
If we receive another enquiry for the same date and that
client looks keen to confirm, we ask for a decision to be
made within 48 hours before we release the date.
