COAT-VIT-RODS

With our novel, intelligent processings andcoatings we produce the worldwide biggestand most extensive delivery program ofhard-chromium and ceramic coatings forprecision metering rods. We are setting newstandards through a unique, intelligent up-grading with NANO-technology to reachexceptional results. Beside, we produce themost complete range of metering rods in ourArnsberg factory: structured, embossing,smooth, profiled and wired meteringrods. CUT-VIT-Knife

Apart from circular, top- and bottom knivesin several qualities (ECO-CUT, HIGH-CUT, SUPER-CUT-V and OPTI-CUT), we pro-duce highly wear proof cross-cutters, as well as a multitude of sheeters, trimmersand guillotine knives for the subsequentpaper converting.

CLEAN-VIT-Blade

CLEAN-VIT-Doctor Blades are very well suited for all applications in the wet and dryends of a paper machine. We provide bla-des in more than 20 different material qua-lities, from conventional steel, bronze, moneland stainless steel, to DUROVIT-PE, fiber-glass and carbon blades. All types and qua-lities are fitted to the different positionand surface layers of each cylinder and roll.

DEWATER-VIT-Elements

We produce DEWATER-VIT-Drainage elements, such as foarming boards, foilsand suction box covers comprised ofDUROVIT-PE, DUROVIT-PE-SI, DURO-VIT-PE-CERAM up to AL 203-full-ceramic.

COAT-VIT-BEDS

With our various kind of materials, WHITE-PERFECT, Polyethylen (PE) in four diffe-rent qualities, Polyurethan (PUR) andEPDM we provide a global choice of preci-sion metering rod beds. Our metering rodbeds out of first-class, wear-resistant mate-rials convience in lifetime, fitting accurancy,layer quality and unique flushing channeltechnology.
