Coalesse Pattern Application Details
–Patterns 1-9 are available, scaled and placed per location in the Customizer tool:
Coalesse Pattern is available on the LessThanFive Chair with nine nature inspired patterns in infinite scale and color. Coalesse Color enables any color to be applied to the chair. Combine the two for a completely bespoke expression.
Coalesse Pattern — PricingFor the LessThanFive chair — use the Coalesse Customizer (https://customizer.coalesse.com/) as a visualization tool to design your chair with Coalesse Pattern and/or Color and Start Your Order. The Concierge Specials Team will guide you through the process from quote to delivery. Coalesse Pattern can be applied to three select chair locations (seat, inner back and outer back).
Upcharges for pattern appliques are based on specific location for quantities of 10+ units:
Seat +$50 list per unit Inner Back +$25 list per unitOuter Back +$25 list per unit
Upcharges are based on the number of pattern appliques per chair for quantities of 1-9 units:
1-applique +$200 list per unit2-appliques +$225 list per unit3-appliques +$250 list per unit

–Pattern appliques allow infinite color options. The graphic pattern (shown black above) may be specified in any color. The chair color is the background (shown white above).
–The Customizer pattern color palette is represented in RGB codes to visualize a chair design on a digital display. For final quote and production, actual Pantone® colors references will be required.

Custom Color Details
–The Customizer color palette is represented in RGB codes to visualize a chair design on a digital display. For final quote and production, actual color references will be required, including Steelcase or Coalesse paint finishes, Pantone® colors or physical samples to match.
–Color matches may be specified in matte (3%) or gloss (90%) finishes.
–Standard Coalesse and Steelcase paint finish matches do not require a strike-off for approval and will match gloss levels above.
–Pantone® color matches do not require a strike-off for approval but may be requested at the cost listed below.
–All other color match requests require a strike-off for approval.
–Strike-offs are produced within 2 weeks and are $500 net per color match.

Questions?
Lead time is an additional 15 working days to standard non-stock published lead times after the order is received – and strike-offs and applique graphics are approved, if required. The final quote will be provided for orders to be released into production after all approvals are received.

Custom Artwork — Pricing
Customer’s own artwork appliques can be applied to three select chair locations (seat, inner back and outer back).
Upcharges for pattern appliques are based on specific location for quantities of 10+ units:

Upcharges are based on the number of pattern appliques per chair for quantities of 1-9 units:

Custom Artwork Applique Details
–The applique artwork can be comprised of 1 to 10 colors.
–The Customizer allows customers to upload low res .JPG or .PNG files to visualize graphics on the chair. For final quote and production, high resolution vector graphic files placed into the Graphic Template will be required from the customer or dealer. Download the Graphic Template from the Customizer menu.
–Graphics and images should be of original content or content you have permission to use.
Coalesse Color — PricingCustom color may be applied to the chair and will be the background for Coalesse Pattern or custom artwork appliques that are transparent.
Upcharges for 1 color or 2 color fade are based on tiered volumes:
