COAG-KLEEN FP, fl occulant, removes the absorbed waste paint solids from water that has been used to clean spray guns. The clean recovered water can be reused several times before disposal. The separated paint waste, when dry, is then disposed of in accordance with local regulations. Benefi ts• Lower disposal costs since the water can

• Lower operating costs. Less flocculant used, at 2 scoops per 5 gal (20 L), compared to competitive flocculants.
• Uni-ram’s COAG-KLEEN FP has a course granular consistency; very little powder goes airborne providing the operator with a clean air environment. Competitive brands are fi ne grain, messy to use and cause airborne contamination.

To use, add two scoops of COAG-KLEEN FP powder per 5 gal (20 L) of spent water. Agitate for 5 minutes then drain through the Uni-ram COAG-KLEEN FP fi lter system.
Uni-ram's waterborne spray gun cleaners, UM120W and UG5000W clean spray guns and reclaim the spent water for reuse. These systems use the COAG-KLEEN FP fi lter system. The part numbers for the replacement fi lters are: 102-8125 Primary fi lter bag 102-8126 Secondary fi lter bag

AQUA-KLEEN PGC is used with a manual or automatic spray gun cleaner to effectively wash waterborne paint from spray guns.
Mix 1 container of AQUA-KLEEN PGC concentrate with 5 gal (20 L) of water.
Benefi ts• Spray guns clean faster with AQUA-KLEEN PGC. The
non-corrosive cleaning solution effectively cuts and dissolves paint enhancing the cleaning power of water and significantly reducing the cleaning effort.
• Productivity increases as the cleaning power of the AQUA-KLEEN PGC solution lasts much longer than water alone. Many shops effectively clean spray guns with the same solution for 3 months or more before reclaiming or replacing the solution.
• When dirty the AQUA-KLEEN PGC solution can be reclaimed for reuse using Uni-ram's COAG-KLEEN FP flocculant powder and filter system.
• AQUA-KLEEN PGC is shipped as a concentrate not a solution; light weight and compact size results in lower freight costs.
• When mixed as directed, VOC content is 25 grams or less per L; thereby compliant with SCAQMD rule 102/ 1171 in California.
