Professionals workshop aims to develop participants skills by equipping them with the knowledge, core

skills and tools they need to understand how the brain works, how peoples thinking and attitudes drive

their behaviour and how they can become a great safety coach and engage in effective safety

conversations with senior and middle management, supervisors and team leaders, workers and peers by

applying a coaching approach to those interactions.

This workshop develops skills that can be applied immediately. Participants will learn the art and science

of coaching with intent and authenticity. They will learn the who, the what, the when, the why and the how

of coaching and will have ample opportunity to practice those new skills in a ‘safe’ and ‘supportive’

learning environment.

public workshops.

2. Our trainers can deliver a customised

version of the workshop to your

people at your site.

3. Your ‘trainers’ can attend a 2 day

Certification Workshop either at your

site (for multiple trainers) or at one of

our public Certification Workshops.

Once certified, trainers can deliver the

program in your workplace to your

safety professionals under license.

Deanne is an dynamic, insightful and accomplished WHS

professional, speaker, facilitator and coach with extensive

experience and expertise in workplace health and safety and a

passion for building pro-active, productive safety cultures through the
