LEARNING STYLE

Learning in the classroom is a highly experiential coached process.

Participants explore and discuss with their group and coach in a confidential environment, building personal development action plans for implementation of the learning as they go.

The process is interactive, engaging, challenging; and no PowerPoint presentations!

The overall workshop, and the elements within it follow a three step process of Realization, Discovery and Practice

Step 1: Realization

Participants are put through designed activities that enable them to discover what they do or don’t, know and do well.

Discussion and Analysis aids their discovery of improvements and new skills.

Participants undertake practical exercises to apply their learning to their particular work.

They practice to experience rapidly coaching to success on real issues they have brought to the workshop.

This increases their confidence to change their approach and implement their learning.

Terms & Conditions• Bookings are confirmed on receipt of application. Invoice will be issued on receipt to facilitate payment being made.• A booking form will be completed for each individual participant.• Cancellations are not allowed. Once booking is accepted, fees are non refundable. • In the event of sessions being missed due to genuine documented emergency (illness, close bereavement etc.) opportunity may be offered to complete on the next runs of the programme subject to availability. As an open programme with limited places we are only able to offer one place per

programme for rescheduling. Availability is entirely at our discretion. An additional charge of S$1,000 will be made to cover administration and supply charges.• For block bookings in advance a 50% non-refundable deposit will be payable at time of booking. Balance of fees will be payable 1 month before programme commencement. • Certification and award of completion certification will only be issued to participants who have attended all classroom sessions and completed all pre and course work satisfactorily.• Substitutions may be made. Please aim to make substitutions at least two weeks prior to programme commencement to ensure preparation work can be completed.• In the event of late substitutions time must be made during the evening of the first day to complete pre-work. Support will be provided by our coaches to facilitate this.• Course fees are inclusive of all required materials, books, training, coaching, venue facilities, in course refreshments and lunch. • Course fees do not include travel, hotel accommodation, breakfast or dinner. • The course will be held at a venue in central district of Singapore. Details will be provided nearer the time.• ACCI reserves the right to amend dates in the event of unforeseen circumstances. CONFIDENTIALITYParticipants will be coaching and being coached on real world situations and issues. Please note that by signing this form you are agreeing to be bound by absolute confidentiality of all information shared by yourself and other participants on the course. A confidentiality agreement and code of conduct for coaching will be signed by all participants.

LICENSE AGREEMENTTHIS LICENSE AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is by the Asia Pacific Corporate Coach Institute and The Really Big Impact Company (“The Consultants”), who own the proprietary leadership and coaching methodologies, training and materials referred to as The Asia Pacific Corporate Coach Institute, and the named participant and company (“The Participant”) to whom it will be issued at the workshop.

NOW, THEREFORE, the parties hereto agree as follows:1. License. Subject to the terms hereof, The Consultants hereby grant to The Participant a non-exclusive, non-transferable and limited license to use The Asia Pacific Coach Institute Proprietary Materials (as defined below) and methodology described therein for the purposes of coaching

within the leadership and management functions of The Participant’s own job role. “Asia Pacific Corporate Coach Institute Proprietary Materials” shall include all written materials, including Asia Pacific Corporate Coach Institute Forms and Materials (as defined below), provided to The Participant by The Consultants. “Asia Pacific Corporate Coach Institute Proprietary Materials” shall include (but shall not be limited to) all information, charts, data, techniques, competencies, methodologies, workshops, presentations, presentation materials, videos, films, pictures, photographs, software, exercises, best practices, records, facts, figures and all other information found in the books, files, compact discs, documents, papers, letters, diagrams, and any other material identified by The Consultants as Asia Pacific Corporate Coach Institute Proprietary Materials. All Asia Pacific Corporate Coach Institute Proprietary Materials, are and shall remain the sole and exclusive property of The Consultants.

2. Limitations. The license granted in Section 1 is subject to the following limitations: (a) The Participants will not delete any copyright or trademark notices from copies of Asia Pacific Corporate Coach Institute Proprietary Materials, (b) The Participants shall not copy, modify, alter, adapt or prepare derivative works of any of Asia Pacific Corporate Coach Institute Proprietary Materials, provided that The Participants shall be permitted to make an unlimited number of copies of any Asia Pacific Corporate Coach Institute Forms for use by The Participants in the management and leadership functions of The Participant’s own job role, (c) The Participants shall not reproduce, copy or incorporate any of Asia Pacific Corporate Coach Institute Proprietary Materials into any type of electronic or distance learning or any other computer software program including operating systems, application programs, applets, scripts, software tools, firmware and imbedded software, including both object code and source code versions thereof and including on its web site, provided that The Participant shall be permitted to reproduce, copy or transmit certain of Asia Pacific Corporate Coach Institute Forms for use by The Participant in the leadership and management functions of The Participant’s own job role, (d) The Participant will not, and The Participant will take reasonable steps to ensure that none of their subordinates, colleagues or agents will disclose to any third party of Asia Pacific Corporate Coach Institute Proprietary Materials except as permitted by this Agreement (provided that The Participant shall remain ultimately responsible for any unauthorized use or disclosure by any of their employees or agents), (e) The Participant shall not tape or record or permit the taping or recording of any training program or Proprietary Materials or engagement related to Asia Pacific Corporate Coach Institute Proprietary Materials, and (f) The Participant shall not provide any training in Asia Pacific Corporate Coach Institute Proprietary Materials to its colleagues, subordinates, employees or otherwise.

3. Trademarks and Trade Dress: Infringement. The Participant acknowledges and agrees that The Consultant has not granted The Participant any rights to use any trademarks or trade dress of The Consultant. The Participant will not attempt to register any trademarks of The Consultants in The Participant’s name. In the event that The Participant become aware that an unauthorized use or infringement of Asia Pacific Corporate Coach Institute Proprietary Materials or the trademarks or trade dress of The Consultants has or is likely to occur, The Participant will give The Consultants reasonable notice and assistance, provided that The Consultants shall reimburse The Participant for its reasonable expenses incurred in providing such assistance.

4. Miscellaneous. This license granted by this Agreement shall remain in effect indefinitely unless terminated earlier by The Consultants upon written notice of breach by The Participant of any of the terms of the Agreement (provided that the obligations under Sections 2, 3 and 4 of this Agreement shall survive the termination hereof). This Agreement shall be governed by Singapore law. The Participant submits to the nonexclusive jurisdiction of any state or federal court located within Singapore. In the event of a dispute hereunder, the prevailing party shall be entitled to an award of reasonable attorney’s fees and expenses. No failure or delay by either party to exercise any right or remedy shall constitute a waiver of rights or remedies under this Agreement. The Participant shall not have the right to transfer, assign, license or sublicense any of the rights granted to The Participant in this Agreement. This Agreement represent the entire agreement between the parties regarding the subject matter of the Agreement. Neither this Agreement nor any provision hereof may be changed, waived or discharged orally but only by an instrument in writing signed by the party against whom enforcement of the change, waiver or discharge is sought.
